58qq Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 58qq ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the 58qq website at 58qq.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities.

By accessing the 58qq website, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the 58qq Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. To access the full range of 58qq services, users must complete the registration process and create a single, personal 58qq account. The following conditions apply to all 58qq accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual user may hold only one 58qq account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58qq login credentials. 58qq will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify 58qq immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your 58qq account or any breach of account security.
• Non-transferability: Your 58qq account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• KYC compliance: 58qq may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures at registration or at any subsequent time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on the 58qq platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 58qq currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount on 58qq is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. 58qq does not impose a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 58qq's control.

By making a deposit to 58qq, you confirm that: (a) the funds deposited are your own and obtained through legitimate means; (b) you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party; and (c) the payment method used is registered in your name or you are otherwise authorised to use it. 58qq reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the source of funds at any time.

58qq processes withdrawal requests in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the same payment methods supported for deposits. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests on the 58qq platform:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously verified by 58qq. 58qq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This may require submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.
• 58qq targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within ten minutes of approval; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary due to payment processor conditions, compliance reviews, or technical factors beyond 58qq's control.
• 58qq reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering compliance review.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms at the time the bonus was claimed.

58qq offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty incentives to eligible registered users. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time of its availability, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

• All 58qq bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 58qq reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers is identified.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time in a 58qq account, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• 58qq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable obligations already incurred by users in good faith.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers on 58qq are available to new accounts only. Existing 58qq members attempting to claim new-player bonuses via additional accounts will have all associated accounts suspended.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on 58qq operate according to the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market:

• All bets and wagers placed on 58qq are final once confirmed. 58qq does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred or where 58qq exercises its right to void markets under these Terms.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pay-tables, or game outcomes — including software errors, data feed errors, or operator errors — 58qq reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' 58qq balances at its discretion.

• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.

• Colluding with other users in casino games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or impairs the 58qq service or the experience of other 58qq users.

58qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani users of the platform. 58qq acknowledges that gambling and casino gaming, while intended as entertainment, carry an inherent risk of harm for a minority of users. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 58qq accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their 58qq account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour review period.

No content from the 58qq platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of 58qq.

Your use of the 58qq platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in 58qq's intellectual property to you.

58qq collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the 58qq Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 58qq Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 58qq's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

58qq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any 58qq account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 58qq policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification procedures within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or other criminal activity.
• Identified use of the account by a person under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 58qq reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where account closure occurs at the user's request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing.

You may close your 58qq account at any time by contacting support via the live chat on the platform. Any pending bets or bonus wagering at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

58qq operates as an international gaming platform under a valid international gaming licence. These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the 58qq platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 58qq holds its gaming licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
